Donations in Kind Policy

The Kamloops Blazers have established a regional policy to provide fundraising assistance to charitable groups and not-for-profit organizations in the Kamloops and surrounding area. 

We support organizations that focus on children, education, sports teams, health and wellness.  Individual and private requests will not be considered.   

The item that is donated is at the discretion of the hockey club.  Considerations include: the type of fundraising event, the projected amount to be raised, and if the group has received a past donation.  An additional factor is the amount of requests received, as we have a limited number of items available. 

Donation requests must be submitted on appropriate letterhead from the organization or charity.  Your request must be directed to Tracy McDonald by fax, mail or email at least 3 weeks prior to the event. Due to the volume of requests received, we ask that you follow up on your request no later than a week before your event.
